Homeless man on the L train:
Good evening everybody, my name is Homeless Ed, but you can call me Homeless for short.

HAHAHA. This homeless man was actually a really good speaker. He received a few dollars and I gave him my bag of Cheetos, and this guy next to me even gave him a flannel to wear! So nice! Towards the end of his little announcement, he said....

Thank you guys so much for helping me. If anyone of you called out for help, I would be willing to give you a hand. But I have no home... but I'm going to run for President, and maybe I can become the first black President. Live in a big white house. We'll see how that goes...

I wasn't sure if he was joking, but he had me and a few people laughing. Maybe he should just do standup comedy. But I'm glad there are such optimistic homeless people out there. Not all of them are so miserable, considering some people that are unappreciative of what they already have or could have...
